Yoga and sailing

Yoga and sailing between Italy and France, an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia and Corsica. We sail among the beautiful turquoise waters of La Maddalena Archipelago, practice yoga and hike on the beaches and islands of La Maddalena National Park, beautiful harbor town of Bonifacio and the bays of South-East Corsica. We pamper ourselves with high quality organic vegetarian food, for a guilt free gourmet experience.

Nature, sport, here and now, healthy vegetarian food - we learn to be well

Both during yoga and while sailing the here and now is what matters. While sailing, wind and weather determine direction and speed moment by moment; while practicing yoga mind and body conditions determine the practice moment by moment.

Pulling lines, setting sails, steering the boat, and exercises for body, breath and meditation develop in you a sense of the here and now which often goes lost in the hectic of daily life.

Disconnected and immersed in nature, recharged by sea, sun, wind, yoga, healthy food - every week our participants come back home reborn. Read what they say about us.

A typical day with us

The early birds watch every sunrise, the others wake up slowly, in a quiet bay of an island a few laps away from the next beach. We take the dinghy ashore and we do our 90 minutes morning yoga practice.

Who wants swims back to the boat where a healthy, organic, vegetarian brunch is waiting for us. After brunch we set sail to the next destination.

On top of sailing, in the afternoon we swim, snorkel, sightsee, stanp-up paddle and often before dinner there is time for an evening yoga or meditation session.

Immersed in the natural beauties of this National Park, the shades of blue of the sea, green of the Mediterranean flora, and pink of the granite… relax is guaranteed!

Organic vegetarian food

We are all Italians in the staff (skippers, yoga instructors, and most important… the on-board chef) and we are no exception: food is very important for us, it has to be and to taste good!
And it does.

The food choice is based on organic products and all week we prepare an healthy, vegetarian menu with fresh, top quality produce.

We source fruits, vegetables, cheese, eggs, breads and sweets from local organic farmers and we make sure to introduce plenty of local Sardinian specialities.

Alcoholic beverages are not welcome on board, in order to be in line with the yogic diet and give the body a small detox.

Vegan friendly e intolerance friendly: We often prepare a vegan meal for everybody. Vegan, Lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are available, let us know your preferences/intolerances and we adapt the menu.

Retreats 2020:

The weeks are always in June and September in order to avoid the crowded beaches and bays typical in Sardinia in the months of July and August.

September 2020:

  • Saturday 5th to 12th September
  • Saturday 12th to 19th September
